Description
succulent and juicy, yet chewy and flavoursome plant-based Steak made of seitan, chickpeas, mushrooms, onions, garlic, beetroot, miso, spices. It has been marinated overnight in red wine, olive oil and Mediterranean herbs.
It is cooked, so all you need to do it lightly fry or bake it, simply to warm it up. Feel free to use the grill and serve with your favourite sauce and garnish.
