our house-made vegan sausage ‘Pastrami’ style is made of seitan and our unique Pastrami spice mix.
Sausage is sliced and offered in 200g vaccum-pack.
Ingredients: chickpeas, red wine, olive oil, tomato paste, mushrooms, beetroot, garlic, light miso, soy sauce, stock, smoked paprika, onion powder, ground black pepper, vital wheat gluten. Pastrami spice mix includes black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander seeds, ground coriander, yellow mustard seeds, sugar, salt, paprika.
Store for up to 10 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer.
Perfect for Reuben style sandwiches with mustard, sauerkraut and pickles. But please feel free to enjoy how you like it!
